Service Description

Join me, Mary Claire Delony, for a transformative Group Healing Movement experience. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and QiGong forms, we will reconnect with nature and each other, allowing for opening and release in the body. Together, our group intention will magnify the healing energy, bringing it to the surface and circulating it through organic movement and breath. Let’s come together and embark on this healing journey as a collective. This experience can happen anywhere, but preferably where we can put our feet directly on the earth!
